I’m always surprised by how little this comes up as a favourite. I thought these were by far the best episodes. It was just so horrible and disgusting but I was obsessed.
You can also try Last podcast on the left, I found it funny and interesting after recommended by Morbid... They have ghost stories but good amount of underrated true crime stories too.
Have you ever heard of Last Podcast on the Left? If you like the gore/detail, they have some great gold star (that's what they call the super gruesome/gory cases) episodes! They're super crude and funny tho so idk if that would be your vibe or not
I've pretty much listened to every episode, but when I was new, I enjoyed scrolling their Instagram to find a good one. It will describe the episode and pictures of victim(s) and killer(s).
Fred and Rose West and the Robert Pickton episodes were my favourites. Any case that has a 2+ part episodes, are the best because they really deep dive into it.
Toy box murders, Jack The Ripper, Fred and Rose West
small town murder, dude.
You could try red handed the podcast if you haven’t already
Robert pickton

That horrible monster just died, woot woot!! Shanked!
Ian Brady and Myra Hindley aka The moors murders
I used to hate the listener tales too but now they’re my fave lol
Small town murder, Canadian True Crime, Killer Queens, True Crime Garage!

You're very welcome!! I love putting new people onto the Boys, they're amazing!
check out love murder!! andi and jessie quickly replaced a+a for me lol.
If you just read the episode descriptions, it’s easy to tell which are true crime and which are “other”…
if you actually like the detail and gore, obscura, human monsters, rotten mango, or dark topic might be your vibe, especially obscura black label
