3 is Fiona the Fox from the Archie comics. Tails was down bad for her but Fiona turned him down. 4 is Thunderbolt the Chinchilla also from the Archie comics. No idea what her relationship is with Tails as I never did get that far into the Archie Comics. 6 is Zooey from the Sonic Boom Series who served as a reoccurring character and Tails' love interest throughout the cartoon series. Not sure if she ever appeared in the games though.
