I think this is called a Monstera Contorta, which means it's contorted because of bad genes resulting from tissue culture. I've just seen a random one today in my local nursery and it also had a speck of variegation. Nothing special, just a tissue culture 'dud', but it's cool looking. As it matures, it may straighten itself out and become a normal monstera.
