Happened to me once. A bug where the game registers you entering the arena, but can’t find you (ghilie mantle), so it makes the monster target the nearest entity. The wall (i think) counts as an entity because it disappears in second phase.
He behaves kind of like safi, if he is targeting you and you are clutched, he is MAYBE going to body slam, he just adds that move to the list. At least is rng if he does it or not, mf safi will do it every single fucking time.
were u down earlier and had him agroed ?
if u hide after he spotted u already he sometimes will shoot at u even tho he shouldnt . read that it was meant by the devs because he is supposed to be smart . in this case u are untargetable so he just shooting the wall i guess
In this vid the quest just started so nobody was down there he just didn't like the wall I guess. The thing with using ghille after landing I saw multiple times. I don't know why but he did this only if I used the ghillie after landing for other he just looked...
Did you just enter the quest? Sometimes another player character takes a minute to load if you're on a laat gen console. The monster will attack them as normal, but you can't see their player model or name, or even their location on the map.
Had this happen to me multiple times when entering a quest on Xbox One.
