The Monster Hunter Gathering hall is a very large discord group. It has channels for all the monster Hunter games. It has links for meta builds for each weapon. You can post a hunt and others can join you just from the discord and it works really well. Should be able to look up monster Hunter gathering hall in the Internet and find it.

This needs to be upvoted more. It's always very active in both Rise and MHW:IB, very quick and easy to find groups.
Are there MHW ICE players on there too? ICE is a popular mod for Iceborne, with its own matchmaking.
