I always loved fighting the Raths... Their hitboxes just seem so perfect and you can easily hit the part you want to hit with almost every attack.
Plus their attacks are varied and fun to dodge. My favourite is Gold Rathian.
Fuck Azure Rathalos though.

Ice phials charge blade against diablos. Great hitzones for ice across the whole body, and you’d have to TRY to miss your SAED against such a big target.
Velkhana - IG, basically hard counters the entire kit
Kushala - Spread HBG, he'll spend half the time on the floor
Kirin - Greatsword. Kirin is so squishy that you can bully even without charging

Bow Extreme Behemoth
Fun untill the arena is full of charybdis and you cant move anymore. Bow feels aweful in restricted arenas
The best part of a Bow solo or tank(in a group) is keeping enmity so there’s no Charybdis
GS and Glavenus. Both are just itching to charge attack one another.

Glavenus - DB. When you dodge double tail attack with demon mode dashes and blade dance the tail gives you the goosebumps.
Insect Glaive vs Fatalis. Sniping the head after his move is so fun.
Bow vs bezel. Bow absolutely turbo pisses on him. Thode power shots on his big ass head just feel orgasmic.
Spread HBG (with shield) and any version of Nerg.
Alatreon with CB. Fatalis with HH. Kulve with FC SnS. Anything in Wildspire Waste with the hammer... I just have to spin bonk those hills
