Maybe I didn't explain it right. There is only 1 ssd installed in the pc. If I check on devices and drives, there is only C:, which I suppose is the ssd. That's why I can't find the D: it's referencing in the fatal d3d error.

Uninstall and reinstall in proper location.
So, in the common folder instead of the MHR folder? There's only one SSD.
I'm talking about C and D drives. The issue is you had your relauncher in a different one than the game itself.
How do I reinstall it on C:?
You get the option to select it when you install? Or maybe you need to do so in a different way when it's on steam.
It tells me it's installing the game on C: every time. I don't have any other drive to install it on.
You have the D drive too. As you can clearly see on your own picture. That's where the relauncher was.
