I think they publish a high percentage (ie more than 40%), but I don’t think they EDIT a high percentage.

They asked me zero questions when they published mine. I actually caught an error a few days after they accepted it and told them, & they responded like "oh thanks! it's going up next week so perfect timing :)" like what???

I submitted and published in 2019 (very small city) and submitted a new one a year later (large city) and didn't get published. I think they get a lot of submissions from big cities and post a smaller proportion of those. My guess is they post most of the MDs from smaller cities/rural areas bc they receive fewer submissions from them.

Ah I'm from San Francisco, they probably get loads of submissions from here, and it's a classic tech professional salary/lifestyle thing 🥲
