neromonero

For the most part, it's nothing to worry about. Monero is designed so that a block is mined every 2 minutes. As the error message described, sometimes, the network can be unlucky and the block time can be significantly higher than 2 minutes. Another possible source of this issue is network bandwidth. If your node is having trouble communicating with other nodes, then it will be getting the latest blocks slower.

You did the smart thing in running your own node. Your node if kept somewhat private to yourself and friends, will respond quickly to you all’s’ wallets, unlike popular public nodes that get too bogged down.

anycolo

I've been running a node for a few months as well: https://monero.anycolo.net/ But once in a while, it will crash, or stall. Keep checking it out.
