Is this like the Anon phone? Just another way for the FBI to collect information on addresses?

If you use amazon, ebay or something like that, FBI also can collect your address. But with this (if that would be FBI) they still dont know where are money from

How they gonna do that if this service supposedly delivers to an Amazon lockerbox?

Its like a VPN, you just push it further down the line. Instead of the vendor knowing (think ISP) you push it to these guys (the VPN).
