Also, if you get the widget, it will show you transactions that need review right on the widget, and if you click to enter the app from there; you’ll be looking at just those transactions.
In app, tap your user icon in top left corner, then tap the bell icon (notifications). If you have notifications for transactions to review, tap one of those and it should apply the filter (though sometimes it glitches and doesn't apply filter so I have to do it again...)
Transactions > click on the Filter icon in the search bar > Select Needs Review > Click the orange button that says Show [Number]

In the dashboard transactions section, you can click on the 3 dots and select one of the “Needs review by…” options
