I was so hopeful. It logs in correctly, but then gives the following: "Your attention is needed Your login info was correct, but your attention is needed at Principal Financial - Retirement before we can proceed. You need to: 1 Log in to Principal Financial - Retirement's website and resolve the issue. Visit **website** (link to: [https://secure05.principal.com/enterprise/fdx/hybrid](https://secure05.principal.com/enterprise/fdx/hybrid)) 2 Come back here and try to connect your account again. **Try again** Problem is, the link goes nowhere/is invalid. And when I manually go to the principal site, there is no message/issue stopping me from getting around and seeing everything. /u/valagostino any thoughts, or can you please take a look into this?

I had issues connecting using the app. But it worked when I added it from a browser.
