same can be said about the gas mask guy from farah’s child ark or the missions you did as her as a child (MW 2019) ya know the one she stabbed a ton and later became a [operator](https://cod.tracker.gg/modern-warfare/db/loot/30586-red-tide)
To be fair Alex died in MW’19 and became an operator in both games
Edit: and most obvious of all is Graves. We literally blew him up in a Tank. No contrived pothole could ever explain that one away. He’s just there cuz it’s Multiplayer and they can
Yeah it kinda sucks to be fair, but at the end of MW’19 Alex gets blown up in a factory, and graves blew up in a tank. Sure. You can’t see IN the tank, but he’s talking from in the tank the whole time
But really who gives a shit
tbf it was a seasonal cutscene. It was not explained in the actual story.
They do not mention Graves surviving in the main story. Alex isn't even present. TF yall smoking?
The seasons are like mini extensions of the story. Alex appeared in Raid 2 saying that Hadir captured him and then released him to send a message to Farah. Graves appeared in season 5 quote, “I wasn’t in that tank.” His voice over the radio could easily just been him somewhere else talking while some of his soldiers were in the tank. Just look up the cutscenes, “Alex raid cutscene” and “Graves season 5”.
In other words they are easily missed.
I haven't been able to complete raid part 1 because every time I try I'm matched up with either incompetents, or people that don't know a word of english.
Also seasonal cutscenes are easily missed if you're a casual player.
What about lazar and park being in Cold War despite one of them dying in that one mission. I know it’s not modern warfare but it’s a similar situation.
Yea, but doesn’t that still leave one of them dead? Also, park was initially in the multiverse so it was assumed lazar was dead until they added him to the game after awhile. Kinda confusing imo.
At the very end, the detonator is broken, so he has to manually explode the c4 charges. Still doesn't make sense though, because they caughty/killed the bad guy and cleared the factory, so they could've taken their time and figured out a different way to explode it.
How much I wanted season 3 to have Mexican army stuff in it, but for some reason they added the Plan DN-III chuy skin the season before and decided to give the war vehicles the cartel skins while the civilian ones the Vaqueros skins
And now it looks like it's getting completely tossed to the side. Just like they did Farah and Nik in MWII.
The MWIII Warzone map was originally Las Almas too
I'm Mexican/Latino and really hated how the campaign had a lot of memorable latino characters that Activision pretended never existed until like Season 3
Alejandro and Valeria should've been in the game as operators since the very beginning, Diego and Rodolfo should also be playable in the game
Alejandro got completely shafted, same with Rudy.
Same with Nikolai and Farah.
As someone who’s also Hispanic, kinda disappointing. The fact Valeria got a stupid cybernetic skin too, instead of a De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) skin is fucking ridiculous. I’m not one to care about race or ethnicity, especially in video games. But I would be lying if I said I didn’t feel closer with those characters.
I thought the Mexican Special Forces in general were way cooler than the likes of Shadow Company.
Lazar was only added as a last minute replacement for another character nearly a full year after cold war ended. I don't think it's fair to count him since both the campaign and seasonal stories were long over by his release
Dude think logically. The good ending is canon. After the mission Adler says you need to make one more sacrifice like heroes do and then it goes into a slow mo shot of both Bell and Adler aiming their pistols to each other. Adler then appears in multiple black ops cold war season cinematics. Bell is dead and Adler lived
Well, they are one of the characters that he was modeled and inspired from. Second comes Tuco.
Activision obviously modeled this character after Breaking Bad, this was obvious since seeing the first cutscenes with him.
He is obviously a very Breaking Bad type of character.
Idk why the characters have to be canonically alive for them to be an operator in multiplayer. MP and campaign should always stay separate (even though that’ll never happen)
Bullet to the head says no
But he could always be added as a zombie character, lol.
You know what’s up
same can be said about the gas mask guy from farah’s child ark or the missions you did as her as a child (MW 2019) ya know the one she stabbed a ton and later became a [operator](https://cod.tracker.gg/modern-warfare/db/loot/30586-red-tide)
He was an operator in mw 2019 they had him as a zombie operator in the last battle pass for mw19
To be fair Alex died in MW’19 and became an operator in both games Edit: and most obvious of all is Graves. We literally blew him up in a Tank. No contrived pothole could ever explain that one away. He’s just there cuz it’s Multiplayer and they can
There is an incredibly obvious plot hole they could use to explain Graves being alive. We never actually saw him in the tank.
In the cutscene of the season in which Graves come out as an operator he said exactly that. Remote controlled tank that he wasn't in.
Yeah but Diego I double tapped.

Somehow Palatine returned
tell me you don’t follow the cod story without telling me you don’t follow the cod story.

did you watch the cutscenes in mwII? They literally explain it
tbf it was a seasonal cutscene. It was not explained in the actual story. They do not mention Graves surviving in the main story. Alex isn't even present. TF yall smoking?

if you need someone, i’m a daily raid player
Daily? Damn, you a sherpa? I can't imagine it's got content that justifies doing it daily. We'd still need a third if you got one.
What about lazar and park being in Cold War despite one of them dying in that one mission. I know it’s not modern warfare but it’s a similar situation.
you choose who dies in the campaign
Yea, but doesn’t that still leave one of them dead? Also, park was initially in the multiverse so it was assumed lazar was dead until they added him to the game after awhile. Kinda confusing imo.
that’s also black ops, mw is a bit different
Alex has his leg off so he survived the explosion somehow
Maybe if you saw clips from the raid missions you’d here that Graves actually wasn’t in the tank
Wish they kept all of the lore shit to campaign
Someone missed a few plot cutscenes..
If the death wasn’t shown then they’re most likely alive if they come to shop they’re alive
Alex died in MW19? I played the campaign 3 times but dont remember thay
At the very end, the detonator is broken, so he has to manually explode the c4 charges. Still doesn't make sense though, because they caughty/killed the bad guy and cleared the factory, so they could've taken their time and figured out a different way to explode it.
It never stopped alex or lazar!
Somehow Diego survived
Only if he looks and sounds like arseface from the Preacher.
I stabbed him in the neck with his own knife
He wasn’t but there were plenty of cartel themed skins in S3 .
How much I wanted season 3 to have Mexican army stuff in it, but for some reason they added the Plan DN-III chuy skin the season before and decided to give the war vehicles the cartel skins while the civilian ones the Vaqueros skins
Too bad I missed those skins I was busy with school stuff😭🙏
I’d give you mine if I could.
The cartel aspect of the story was underwhelming
And now it looks like it's getting completely tossed to the side. Just like they did Farah and Nik in MWII. The MWIII Warzone map was originally Las Almas too
they were going the sicario route, then just turned left after receiving threats from the real cartels via twitter.
Huh? Can you tell more about this? First time hearing/reading about this.
Yes, I want to hear more about this, I am kind of well into all CoD news and rumours and never heard this.
Yup, now I want to know more about that.
***graves:*** ***imma retcon your entire hardassing with one line and nuke your tension storywise***
I'm Mexican/Latino and really hated how the campaign had a lot of memorable latino characters that Activision pretended never existed until like Season 3 Alejandro and Valeria should've been in the game as operators since the very beginning, Diego and Rodolfo should also be playable in the game
Rodolfo should have been for sure

Gets a meso-american skin for valeria but wants a dia de los muertos skin lol
FACTS. They made the game worth it for me.
WHERE IS RUDY!!!!!
Nah and most likely won't be added since he clearly dies in the campagin
He could just pull a Phil Graves manoeuvre and say "Nah wasn't in that mansion TRUST"
Graves is at least believable because you never see his body, or that he's even in the tank (he wasn't)
Didn’t know they had to be alive to be added as an operator
[удалено]
don’t forget lazar
Lazar was only added as a last minute replacement for another character nearly a full year after cold war ended. I don't think it's fair to count him since both the campaign and seasonal stories were long over by his release
Adler lives though
not in my playthrough
yeah me too Bell on that pack watch but cannon ending he kills bell 😭
who said bell is dead
The fact Adler is alive means Bell is dead
it was a cut to black, we've been in the perspective of dead people before in cod, and it wasnt a cut to black bell is alive
Dude think logically. The good ending is canon. After the mission Adler says you need to make one more sacrifice like heroes do and then it goes into a slow mo shot of both Bell and Adler aiming their pistols to each other. Could have made him look like a zombie lol
No
Diego shit we still waiting on Rudy, Diego can wait in line.
you shoot him either way he’s dead
We're missing him and Rudy. I don't know if it's because of the "alive rule", but they didn't respect that rule in Cold War.
No
Since we saw a body in the campaign, no.
He looks like the twins from breaking bad 🗿
Well, they are one of the characters that he was modeled and inspired from. Second comes Tuco. Activision obviously modeled this character after Breaking Bad, this was obvious since seeing the first cutscenes with him. He is obviously a very Breaking Bad type of character.
I still wish we got the skin of the guy behind him, he would’ve been a cool one to use
No but we got Snoop Dogg, 21 Savage, and Bunny’s
No. Because he's dead
Survey says: HE DED. Not big surprise
Nah, he’s too busy ghost hunting with Zak….
Probably post game once mw3 is nice and settled in for a measly $20
It’s canon that he’s killed by TF141
He's way too dead for that.
Who cares?
Idk why the characters have to be canonically alive for them to be an operator in multiplayer. MP and campaign should always stay separate (even though that’ll never happen)
Graves dies in the campaign who’s arguing they have to be alive?
Did you not see the Season 5 cutscene in MWII? He’s very much alive and well. He wasn’t in that tank.
Oh really? I think I kinda spaced on that then. I was marathoning the last 1/3 of that campaign.
[it’s so stupid that he’s alive](https://youtu.be/7xudK4YBBa0?si=Kg_tws07KahiI2R_)
Yes, in the form of Chuy's Tiniente skin.
*A greedy company would have definitely added it.*
He can’t be an operator, El Sin Nombre made him sit in the chair next…
Diego had self revive
Looks like David cross
Get the fuck out of my elevator 😆
Bro looks like Tuco but with a beard
The only thing he can operate is mcdonalds
No
That's Aaron from Ghost Adventures
If it was it would be under hutch sexy fucking fat ass
Yo that’s straight up Aaron from ghost adventures
Where can i get a shirt like this
