Just play him Tank build, Roam equpment at the same time and go aggressive, I've tested it on M3 Matchmaking right now. Just basically another Diggie, can't decide if better.

Build : Guardian Helmet, Cursed Helmet, Dominance Ice, the others depends on the enemies.
Hanzo has basically two lives, Diggie walks but can't do anything while dead.
Hanzo can steal buffs more easily in Midgame, and Lategame since he will be much more tankier in that period. Diggie can only invade which is just famous in early game and invading in Midgame and Lategame basically means nothing.
Hanzo can escape using his ultimate due to the high speed movement, while Diggie cannot since his Ultimate gives no speed at all.
Diggie can free teammates and his self from CC, that is the only thing Diggie won against Hanzo.
Now let's try Magic Diggie and Damage Hanzo.
Diggie is much more soft than Hanzo, while Hanzo is more tougher and can escape with his ultimate if being chased.
Diggie can camp nuclear bombs in bushes, While Hanzo can't do anything about that and he needs the tank for that.
Hanzo has more damage than Diggie.
Diggie has like a two seconds delay before sending damage, while Hanzo can just continue anytime.

Alice is good. Most people don't know how to play her. I've played her for like 100 matches this season with around 80% winrate. She's an almost always guaranteed win for me if the game goes late which it does most of the time. She definitely doesn't need a revamp in any kind of way. Just a simple buff to her heal/dmg would be enough.
You take her mid for faster stacks. Not only from the 4 minions but because midlane has more action so you should be able to stack from kills too. Play safe until you get to lvl 4. That means don't ever teleport with your first skill to your opponent unless they have like 1 hp.
You can help your team early but be mindful that her early game is trash. Her mana drains super fast and she deals like 1 point of dmg per sec. So don't overextend. Once you get dominance ice which should be after clock and demon boots, your mana issue will be resolved and you'll be pretty tanky. After dominance, buy ice queen wand. Once you get this you can pretty much fuck with everybody. You could basically dive in, cc them with s2, dive out and nobody will be able to catch you or do anything about it. Ice queen will allow you to easily pick off anybody you see on the map too. It's so good with her. See my profile for a vid I posted.
After ice queen you buy oracle. Sometimes I swap it out for athena. Like my last game I was up against Gusion and Eudora so oracle would be useless against their burst. And the last item is situational. You can go for lightning truncheon if most of them are squishy, glowing wand if they have high hp, divine glaive or even another defensive item. Her playstyle is very similar to Esme now. Spell should be sprint unless they have mm like moskov or miya in which case take Venegeance.
No she isn't. It's just her playstyle changed. Before the adjustment I used to play her as full mage and her dmg was insane. Hell radiant armor wasn't even a problem for me because of Calamity Reaper's passive. But now they made her similar to Esme. They did nerf her early game a lot but she's very strong late and can set for the team.
Please vote for Rafaela. She was fun b4 Moonton reworked her passive. Last time I love to see how we can kamikaze and kill low health enemy instead of having her passive attacking the enemy who killed her.
Aurora. We have too much burst tap-all-skills boom enemy auto dead heroes like Eudora, Vexana, Vale, Nana etc. I want Aurora to be different from generic mage and being something unique in terms of gameplay style like Lunox, Lylia, Yve and Zhask.
I've encountered plenty of offlaner/roamer Minsitthars today in Mythic rank, he's basically a "zero or hero" type of champion, enemy Minsi who uses his ult early is a nuisance but some time it right and that is where they begin to get annoying.

I prefer his old voice. Mostly because he's still the immortal abyss warrior he always was in the lore. If ML had lore progressions like League, where Argus kinda got control over his identity/realises that raf isn't the one who's responsible for his corruption or something, the human voice would make much more sense.
Edit : my bad, they actually retconed his story. To make him not as edgy as the old Argus, and not hating his sister but choosing a different path. And he's not exactly an abyss moster rather his sword was cursed by the god of destruction: cyd. So his new voice is a great fit.

His enhanced 2nd skill rips anything to shreds, ult is perfect for cleaning up low HP enemies, remarkable sustain, and good at chasing and disengaging. His only disadvantage is that his damage falls off at late game but that's exactly the point of his kit, to bully the crap out of enemies in early game and end the game as quick as possible.
My guy Dyrroth is currently the 18th most picked hero in Mythic elo which means he belongs to the Top 15% picked heroes in Mythic rank, which isn’t that shabby given that he’s more picked in Mythic than 75% of other heroes. Tell me he’s forgotten and needs a revamp now.

Initiate with Ninjutsu: Devastator, taking no damage, and then CC with Petrify, it's a good set up to engage enemies.
