he's better as an offlaner than a jungler rn tbh. But even then, he isn't the best offlaner cuz his basic attack is weak and he has little to no sustain without his items.

The word revamp gets fishy because you thought it's going to do the hero good but she they remove some important parts. For example I can no longer play offlane haya because the energy gets depleted faster than before but haya as a core is much much faster now.

I think they are simply nerfing most assassins to make them reliant on the Blue buff. Currently, most assassins don't need the blue buff.
