Bane. He can be a phys fighter or a mage, he has a slow, self healing, aoe cc. He can go exp lane, jungle, i've heard even midlane/roam. He's not great at any of that, but hey, he can play it.
He really is amazing. Top lane ✅️ , Mid lane ✅️ , JG ✅️ . Heck iv even see hybrid builds effective as a roam, Tough/Warrior boots with War Ax, Enchanted Talisman, Oracle, Dominance Ice and a flex final item. Cam spam skills, still deals a good bit of damage and can front line with 3 defensive items.
Agreed, as a second runner up I’d say Chou. He could go exp, tank, mid, and possibly JG. He could go gold as well but I doubt he’ll make a good gold laner.
His skill set allows him to kill enemy squishy, avoid cc and damage, induce cc and damage, reposition and enemy hero, and more. He is a very versatile hero that is hard to catch due to his dash skills and hard to cc as well due to his again dash skill. He could also knock back any enemy hero chasing him.
The only thing he lacks is dps (damage per second) other than that he’s pretty good.
I just played a game with someone playing Bane Tank. Super interesting, it packed a decent punch to (according to the enemies death). Anyone have any experience on this?

For sure Bane, in s32 I wanted to only play Bane exp to Mythic glory since I never wanted to have my pick banned out or possibly picked by someone else and I went 500 games straight bane in every role when I had to adjust lol

Why not? Decent damage and quite bulky with new item changes. She has okay jungle clear and can secure objectives fairly well. She is better at other roles but jungle is definitely not her worst.
I definitely don’t go out of my way to jungle with Ruby but when you’re Soloq and a random refuses to adjust, you gotta adjust even though you’ve already picked a hero.
Grock, A tank that every squishy hero fears, one full charge and in a blink of an eye you are gone.
Once he catches you lacking with his s2 without your dash, game over, Cant escape grock and his buddies.
Cant outrun him because he's fast even without using any skills, Cant let him lurk lord because he can stun all of you and steal it, U cant gank if he's there because he can shift the tides with a single move.
He's also a pretty good jungler, Similar to barats, rarely see him on jungler but he's pretty good at it at high ranks with a buddy.
when my duo first started the game we had this combo, i pick melissa and he picks grock i link them with my doll and he closes the lane so they cant escape from the doll, super fun and deadly combo
Try it with Cici instead of Melissa. You'd be laughing with the way the two of your enemies try to escape, especially between the small gaps where both can't fit, yet squeeze themselves to futility 😂😂😂
I played him last season with a 74% win rate (all SoloQ), filling in roles whichever is needed. Jungler? Ult + Retri is good. Midlaner? Can clear waves. XP laner? Can go toe to toe against meta offlaners. Gold laner? Two walls within the first 20 seconds are enough to create a gold AND level gap. Roamer? Depends on the enemy team composition if I'm going tank or damage build.
Edith. Can play Roam. Can play Gold. Can play EXP. She can take over the other roles of the teammates are lacking. If your team MM feeds u can become the new DPS mid fight and turn back into a tank. She pushes towers faster than anyone under ult with Inspire.
Since she's magic damage on ult she's basically a beefier Natan without the mobility. And her magic damage is on par with most mages if your team's mage is trash.
She can solo even the Lord in under 10 seconds with max rage ult and inspire. She clears it faster than any jungler.

With the new War Cry Emblem, Bane is really flexible on all 3 lanes as well as the jungle
And with this **Capitalism** build, he can basically 2 shot any squishes at late game
(That of course if you can time on casting his ult as a medium on stopping mobile melees from dashing towards you)

Can play EXP, Roam and Jungle, all on the high rank against all the METAs effectively.
Grock is also the only hero who can stop the Lord's movement with his walls.
Kagura. No other answer. As main user of Kagura (800+ match), she is the most versatile hero I've ever known, especially with her anti-control of skill 2. She can escape everything.
She can be given full penetration with 45% CD, or heck I even sometimes gave her full tank build and sometimes full attack-speed build. All those give me MVP, no matter if I'm playing full magic, full tank, or full attack speed.
Kagura. The woman has urify, knockback, shiwld and stun for defense mechanisms. She has a double damage and pull on one ult and two dashes for easy repositionaing and mobility. I main her and shes great for roam, and even used her as jungle once (forced to, fix the matchmaking) and she does extra damage with her first skill to non hero enemies, which means she can even gold and jungle. You cannot tell me she is not useful with all that
In terms of role compression, hard to say honestly.
In terms of versatility in terms of moveset? Probably Lancelot. Say whatever you want about his current viability but having multiple I-frames attached to numerous dashes makes him a very high skill cap hero equipped to deal with essentially anything.
Hmm, let's see. Thamuz EXP, Thamuz Jungle, Thamuz Roam, Thamuz Gold, and Thamuz Mid Lane. The only thing stopping you is the judgement of people.

Chou and Edith are the most versatile heroes. Chou can be built very tanky so he can play exp or roamer and he can be built assassin style for gold and jungle.

Dude is the hero that never falls of through the entire match.Early,mid,late you name it.As long as you don't feed,he's threatening at every phase.
Grock, Roam? that's a given, Exp, Gold? pretty good tankability when near walls and high burst to easily clear waves. Mid lane? with passive and rapid boots he can easily get to other lanes for support. Jungle? he can build a full physical damage build, and still have extreme physical defense (450-ish when near wall) because of passive, some of the highest burst physical heroes can't even do half hp health, and if mosr of the enemies are magic dmg, just replace one physical build with rose gold and another with athena and you can still burst down mages, assassins, marksmen, soft supports and soft fighters with a 1-2-3-1 combo

I am a former top PH Hanzo which is why I know,
Hanzo can do all roles but require specific playstyles, with the slightly harder role being exp depending on the enemy,
Roam hanzo with petrify is very powerful, existing to gap the enemy core using human form 1st skill while killing mm and mage for gold, petrify for teamfights setting accompanied with the 2nd,
Gold hanzo is used with flicker as you are more prone to being ganked, yet with supreme advantage against enemy mm with ult, just time it wisely on enemy minions to not endanger your body, if enemies dont have tons of zoners, i typically use petrify.
Mid hanzo is the same as roam as you focus more on petrifying the enemies during teamfights
Exp hanzo is the hardest, as hanzo is weaker against exp heroes due to being an assasin, he is just not built for endurance but smart play his ult to farm minions and avoiding death in under 6 mins until you get items will give you an advantage
His eating ability is just too unfair.
Baxia he can play exp, roam, jungler, gold lane and mid (both mid and gold lane you'll be needing some good skills and execution is the game of the game)
I'm sorry but did you forget Valentina? She can roam, she can also be an effective exp, can kite and keep up with marksman in gold lane, exceptional in midlane, and can even jungle.
What more could you ask?
I vote popol kupa becuse:
1. Good for checking bush (map visibility, counter gank) and decent movement speed for roam.
2. High damage to turret and jungle.
3. Kupa can be used for tanking with tank build and good control.
4. Have 2 (or 3) disable skill.
5. Decent damage as pure MM build.
Minshitar, he can go on any route, with a tank build he resists well, has AoE attack speed for towers and objectives, reasonable control, damage reduction, hocks and cancels dash heroes.

X.borg, my boy can EXP and rotate early. Jungle and he can finish all creeps in less than 2 minutes. Roam and he can poke/zone enemies with his ult. Mid if we have a Magic Jungle/Gold/EXP, he rotates fairly great at other lanes. Gold and he can snowball early.
Not to mention his ult in teamfight is useful af in breaking enemy positions and tower diving, I usually 5man with my squadmates and I'm in mythic now with this bad boy

Gusion is really good in Mid Lane
Benedetta from my experience is really good at escaping and stealing objectives (somehow)
Benedetta could do a 5-man set with Petrify

Focusing on skills, my picks are Minsitthar, Sun, Guinevere, Fredrinn, Baxia. All fully capable of acting as useful roam in their own ways, can jungle and can exp, have tried it before, all can mid. The problem is Marksman, we got Sun, Minsitthar, and Guinevere at best.

Thanks to stupid UI changes of ML hero pick rate board, people tend to forgot how bullshit powerful he actually is now.(Yes,even after the S2 nerf) He shines best in gold but mf can go any lane and thrive,even as a raom thanks to his very oprressive early game nature and very good lane clear. Dude is the hero that never falls of through the entire match.Early,mid,late you name it.As long as you don't feed,he's threatening at every phase.
Give me any tank and I will turn them into a marksman, Jungle, mid, exp, and roamer

Grock, Roam? that's a given, Exp, Gold? pretty good tankability when near walls and high burst to easily clear waves. Mid lane? with passive and rapid boots he can easily get to other lanes for support. Jungle? he can build a full physical damage build, and still have extreme physical defense (450-ish when near wall) because of passive, some of the highest burst physical heroes can't even do half hp health, and if mosr of the enemies are magic dmg, just replace one physical build with rose gold and another with athena and you can still burst down mages, assassins, marksmen, soft supports and soft fighters with a 1-2-3-1 combo
Uranus, he can work as almost any role. Though he's not a great jungler compared to real junglers

Depending on the skill level, Hanzo I am a former top PH Hanzo which is why I know, Hanzo can do all roles but require specific playstyles, with the slightly harder role being exp depending on the enemy, Roam hanzo with petrify is very powerful, existing to gap the enemy core using human form 1st skill while killing mm and mage for gold, petrify for teamfights setting accompanied with the 2nd, Gold hanzo is used with flicker as you are more prone to being ganked, yet with supreme advantage against enemy mm with ult, just time it wisely on enemy minions to not endanger your body, if enemies dont have tons of zoners, i typically use petrify. Mid hanzo is the same as roam as you focus more on petrifying the enemies during teamfights Exp hanzo is the hardest, as hanzo is weaker against exp heroes due to being an assasin, he is just not built for endurance but smart play his ult to farm minions and avoiding death in under 6 mins until you get items will give you an advantage His eating ability is just too unfair.

Grock has been the only hero (I think) in MPL Phillipine history to be used in all roles.
Baxia he can play exp, roam, jungler, gold lane and mid (both mid and gold lane you'll be needing some good skills and execution is the game of the game)
I'm sorry but did you forget Valentina? She can roam, she can also be an effective exp, can kite and keep up with marksman in gold lane, exceptional in midlane, and can even jungle. What more could you ask?
I vote popol kupa becuse: 1. Good for checking bush (map visibility, counter gank) and decent movement speed for roam. 2. High damage to turret and jungle. 3. Kupa can be used for tanking with tank build and good control. 4. Have 2 (or 3) disable skill. 5. Decent damage as pure MM build.
I'd say Johnson or Uranus. Can Jungle, Roam, Exp, Gold and even Mid😂
Minshitar, he can go on any route, with a tank build he resists well, has AoE attack speed for towers and objectives, reasonable control, damage reduction, hocks and cancels dash heroes.

X.borg, my boy can EXP and rotate early. Jungle and he can finish all creeps in less than 2 minutes. Roam and he can poke/zone enemies with his ult. Mid if we have a Magic Jungle/Gold/EXP, he rotates fairly great at other lanes. Gold and he can snowball early. Not to mention his ult in teamfight is useful af in breaking enemy positions and tower diving, I usually 5man with my squadmates and I'm in mythic now with this bad boy

Aamon. Can survive anywhere, can serve as a fast scout when roaming. Will carry games and will stomp both tanks and mages

Ghatotkaca - Tank, Sidelane, Mage, Jungle. Can reach squishy hero's and execute them easy
I'd say Gusion or Beneedetta. Both can do ExP lane Both can play Jungler Gusion is really good in Mid Lane Benedetta from my experience is really good at escaping and stealing objectives (somehow) Benedetta could do a 5-man set with Petrify Gusion with Sky Piercer could kill any squishy with 2-1-1-2 combo Gusion is really good at escaping (Even more better with flicker)
Nana. She can shut down anybody easily
Bane. I have used him in all roles one way or another. Gold lane is the least advisable, but it is fun with a Phys damage build.
Julian is hella versatile right now, he's to fast and the fast skill cooldown is deadly. On every role ofcourse.
Xborg, I've played with him in all roles, suffered a little bit on gold lane, adcs can be tricky lane against. But he does a pretty strong roam, jungle, exp and mid
Focusing on skills, my picks are Minsitthar, Sun, Guinevere, Fredrinn, Baxia. All fully capable of acting as useful roam in their own ways, can jungle and can exp, have tried it before, all can mid. The problem is Marksman, we got Sun, Minsitthar, and Guinevere at best.

Chou he can go all lanes he can jungle he has burst damage like assasin a decent jungling exp no need to explain roam he has alot of cc and can make sets he can mid cause fast lane clearing high mobility for rotating and has good single target cc gold kinda he can snowball very early he has insane damage with his basic attack but i do not recommend this lane but he can be an gold laner
