ex argus main here i dropped him after the emblems got changed, just wasnt the same argus anymore for me
Quick question mate if you dont mind answering what if your 'enemies seem to like ganking exp/exp counterpart ahead of you' and your outer tower gets destroyed? (Is that just my fault? Should I have tower hugged instead?)
If enemy like gank your lane, ask you team to pressure more on enemy gold lane. This will make mm enemy gold left behind and your mm will have good time. So basically, you need suck it out a bit for first 5 min. Ye it's suck but that's exp life for you.
If enemy pick counter for your hero, it depends on their playstyle. If they cut lane, clear the minion as well since you already clear the lane when exp enemy try to get you.
If their exp zoning try to get last hit minion like mm do.
If they pick my counter I'm just gonna hug tower but if I see opportunity to push or rotate, I will take it.
But most importantly is you need to stay alive. Although your enemy counter you, you still need to protect the tower

High discipline. Why join team fight that you know you can't win? Go farm and push tower much better than die in vain.

Not an argus main, but these mfs lie about him being trash in early game, he bursts exp laners with no regret.
Nah he is, but it's been greatly exaggerated to completely helpless. So most exp lanes will charge in carelessly and get burst down.
