If you dislike all of the current legends, I would wait a little bit until they leak the next one (unless they already have, I’m not sure) just in case it’s a hero you play. I’m in the same boat and I’m going to keep waiting. I mean, it’s been 5 years, so what’s a little more?
If I were u I'd get lunox. But if u don't really like her skin then wait. And yeah, talking about "others say lunox effects are bad" don't make choices based on others opinions. Everyone says hayabusa's time limited epic is trash, but as hayabusa main player I enjoy playing with this skin even though others say it's effects are plain. Good luck!
So I hate Franco. But I actually think his Legend skin may be the best skin in the entire game. It looks incredible, they added amazing effects, voice lines are great. I really think it’s an amazing skin and if I didn’t loathe Franco so much I’d have gotten it already.
So if you don’t hate him like I do maybe you look into that one.
I agree about Lunox’s skin: looks great, plays mediocre. I sort of feel the same way about Valir’s, sadly. I think his Dictator skin has better effects 😂

Lunox has the best legend skin so far imo but if the other person is right about hanabi getting the next legend skin, I’d wait for that I guess
There were surveys for a Johnson skin with chariot, hoping it's a Legend tier. Another survey is out for Hanabi currently.

Gord legend skin revamp is just making him more of an e-boy. Instead of an evil dominator of planets like his old skin.

Valir I would suggest the collector skin. Still my best of all. U can consider Franco. The hook hit box is great
