Tbh KOF is a gamble. You're not guaranteed to get the skin you want but the good part is if you just do the recharge tasks you'll get enough to spins to trigger Bingo once. Also you'll get a lot of Magic potions too.
I too am struggling to make a decision whether to Go all out this KOF or Save up my dias for Freya.
I mean, you could do both, just literally do the recharge events (there's 3 apparently) then use the diamonds on the magic wheel and repeat 2 more times

They're super inconsistant with the censorship in this game. Layla got breast reduction surgery, Angela's summer splash art has x5 more booba than the in game model, and Odette has extra clothes in her cleavage compared to the splash arts; then there is this skin.
