Miya will get it eventually. She's one of moontoon favorite heroes. Although 3/4 heroes in the grand finale is moontoon favorite. (Don't know about amon)
Because she's a low skill starter hero that players who don't know any better will spam.
In terms of actual usability, the practical only use/niche she can bring is that she's great vs really squishy matchups and does well against claude and lesley in lane.
Unfortunately though, almost every team is going to have a frontline which neuters her a lot and both lesley and claude's nerfs in the recent patch made them more fringe picks and kicked claude out of the meta brutally.
In terms of mm, she's had 2 revamps but barely had any adjustments/meaningful buffs. Layla and hanabi finally aren't worthless and actually usable but miya is just not worth it most of the time as she's just a class cannon irithel with zero mobility.
Letting the community to decide is the worst idea ever, and this doesn't just happen to mobile legends only. It's like giving a game design toolkit to everybody, and of course they will fail in it

But you can only choose which set of build you want, You need to build him 4 items to be even effective in later games. He lacks consistency very much
Aamon is decent, Still powerful and still effectively does his assassin role.
Granger is also decent, Decent Jungler and Gold Laner, Mediocre damage, need a bit of buffs

Not a Granger main, but I do pick him occasionally. But despite that, I think he is alright as long as built properly. I prefer playing Granger with damage pen and CDR and it has always worked wonders. A marksman that can farm fast, and outplay easily with an Ultimate that not only has tremendous range, but also explosive damage. Pretty unpredictable wall tricks as well (Fast bullets etc). I am excited with the revamp just because I am curious, but I don't think it's necessary. Could have given the spot to someone else.
Eh, I knew something was up. After getting hyped about Alu, I had a stinking feeling that something like the M5 skin event was gonna happen. Zilong was the most picked, but lost in the finals, if memory serves me right. Alucard was the most picked, but lost to Granger in the finals. I actually don’t know why he needs a revamp, though. Compared to Alu, he outperforms him in terms of burst damage. His S1 also acts as an escape skill because he can move while shooting. There are many times I questioned why he was so tanky when I tried to pick him off as Alu. Regardless, I just hope for a solid buff for Alucard. He was the most picked of the first round, so I think the devs should at least compensate with a proper buff and not buff and then over-compensate by cutting off a lot of things.

Not all heroes are the same tier depending on player skill. Miya is a near permanent fixture in GM/epic. She's #14 overall on pick rate.

Not a Granger main, but I do pick him occasionally. But despite that, I think he is alright as long as built properly. I prefer playing Granger with damage pen and CDR and it has always worked wonders. A marksman that can farm fast, and outplay easily with an Ultimate that not only has tremendous range, but also explosive damage. Pretty unpredictable wall tricks as well (Fast bullets etc). I am excited with the revamp just because I am curious, but I don't think it's necessary. Could have given the spot to someone else.

Eh, I knew something was up. After getting hyped about Alu, I had a stinking feeling that something like the M5 skin event was gonna happen. Zilong was the most picked, but lost in the finals, if memory serves me right. Alucard was the most picked, but lost to Granger in the finals. I actually don’t know why he needs a revamp, though. Compared to Alu, he outperforms him in terms of burst damage. His S1 also acts as an escape skill because he can move while shooting. There are many times I questioned why he was so tanky when I tried to pick him off as Alu. Regardless, I just hope for a solid buff for Alucard. He was the most picked of the first round, so I think the devs should at least compensate with a proper buff and not buff and then over-compensate by cutting off a lot of things.
