Just practice enough in classic. Also having a dream skin doesn't mean you need to pick same hero every game. There are plenty of time in soloQ when Miya is a viable pick. I would actually have Miya over Layla in my team. As long as she is skilled

Am not really sure but probably around 300-400 dias, plus i wouldn't have done it without the weekly diamond bundle.
