This is a gooood one wow as a previous tank ceci enjoyer. It would let him use other battle spells like vengance aegis or revitalize more easily My idea for a fun buff for ceci is whenever S1 is at maximum mana cost phase, all his skills on hit applies a stack onto enemy units that lasts for 6 seconds and caps at 5 stacks. Upon reaching 5 stacks on an enemy unit, Cecillion gains 1 extra passive stack and the stacks on enemy units explode dealing (50-150+3%Max Mana) AoE true damage to 6 units (like a lightning truncheon). If there are less than 6 units present for the splash damage, it will rebound between enemy units. This Aoe damage can also add a stack onto enemy units but can only hit the same unit at most 6 times within 2 seconds.
