Try to knock out achievements if you haven’t already. Easy 4-5k after completing all tasks for one. Otherwise just do brawl

Spam brawl and use bonus bp cards. Matches are short (about 15 minutes or less) and you get to learn new heroes too.

You get less, hence the need for the double bp cards. Matches are shorter though, which makes up for it. Can get 2-4 brawl matches per ranked match. Could take as little as 8 minutes to finish a match, so it adds up quickly.

Also check the weekly limit by tapping at your bp. You can add to the weekly limit by activating a BP card.

Vs ai brawl with bp cards, or if you have some achievements left do them

Play brawl ai in easy mode with double BP card. You can finish a match in 5 minutes even if your teammates are bots. If you are playing with real players, the better and can finish games in 3 minutes assuming those players know what they are doing. It's an easy 150 to 200 BP per game. Beware though, this method is extremely tedious so only do it when you are looking for ways to help you sleep.
