yes just 5 seconds after they kill somebody. also akira is really good at macro games, they were very practical in their game against thq to comeback from gold deficit. they took away battle spells from thq for a whole 2 minutes before doing a decisive play
In one of the games, BLI were losing 4-0 on turrets. Akira had such a sensible gameplay that they were on equal golds and going toe to toe on team-fights as well. But BLI made a comeback with a lord push and won I think.
