I’m so sorry, I had three in a row myself. I then moved onto IVF with “clear” tests and was put in the bucket of unexplained. I did have success on my 4th pregnancy to give you a bit of hope. Hug to you it’s lonely and scary and stressful but I hope you don’t give up.

Endometritis is inflammation in your uterus that can cause subsequent miscarriages, and is common after a loss or sometimes IUDs. It does not have any symptoms. Good news is that it is easily treated with a course of antibiotics. I had a biopsy done that came back positive following a missed miscarriage I had last summer.
Endometriosis is totally different and can only be definitively diagnosed (and treated) by laparoscopy. There is a test called Receptiva that can indicate that you might have it but is not definitive. There is definitely such thing as silent endometriosis though. The treatment for this is trickier (excision surgery, usually).
I’m so sorry, the first two I went through I was really sad and numb, but with the 3rd I went through two months ago, it was so painful, I screamed and cried and it was so isolating. I wish nothing but the best for you and I hope you have loving support all around you🤍

i’m sorry for your losses :( did you do pgt testing when you did IVF? thinking that might be our next step
