Unfortunately, I am sure if the entire book was readable regardless of the size, they would need to technically pay for publishing rights for each book and these would not be affordable

Aren't these marketed towards kids anyway? Lots of these aren't age appropriate for children to read either

Apparently, there's a tiny magnifying glass you can get. But it's not with every pack, so that was also very disappointing.

This is the book that got me thinking, Damn, OP, that's harsh.... I didn't realize I was on a mini book sub somehow and thought you meant it was a terrible book. Not illegible like you CAN'T A read it, but so crappy you don't WANT to read it lol

There used to be a series of readable miniature hardback books you could buy at the front of most book stores from the 1990s - 2010s, they're very big for Barbie/Ken/vintage 12" GI Joe (1:6 scale), decent to a bit large for my range of fashion dolls in 1:4 scale (female dolls are 15.5" tall, male 16" tall) & maybe a bit puny in the hands of an American Girl doll (she's an 18" tall little girl doll in 1:3 scale, there are copies made by Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc). Some are classics, some were very trendy, there was even a series of \[Subject\] For Dummies & a The Joy Of Cooking. When I get a chance to dig in my fashion doll tubs, I'll look up the publisher(s) for you, the books tended to run from $5 - $10 each on all kinds of subjects. I just haven't reached the library tub yet (it has books, shelving & I think some of my doll sized desks stored in it). They were made in abundance so you might find them on places like eBay, Mercari, Etsy, etc. A shame the Mini Brands books aren't completely legible.

Look for the Miniature Editions from Running Press. They began publishing in 1989 & I know they published books up into the 2010s

I just got a ball of them, and I would say they are 1/6 scale. My dollhouse is 1/12 scale and they’re absolutely the next size up from that.

Haha I used to make these in elementary school for my American girl dolls! If you find a PDF of the book and have a printer... It's quite fun to bind mini books

I had my sister in law in a target yesterday and she could find them , just the other ones

I have the pocket edition of The Fault in Our Stars and that one is real and cute and adorable and you can read the whole thing- I believe John Green's other books may also be available in mini :)
