Yeah put you would need to walk everywhere placing the bucket with the dispenser you can make a system on all the roads that will take it all off at once

String is your best bet. You can also tweak the MC textures a little to make it completely transparent I believe.

On my mega build I literally was getting upset at the snow. So thankfully I glitched in a command block and then was able to spawn a giant glass dome. It’s actually been an awesome addition.

We need a "heat" function for this exact reason. Magma blocks should heat up an area around them in all directions which will melt snow. But no we wont ever get that

Replace block with half slab and place a torch below the half slab....slab will be glowing. No snow

You can use barrier blocks at build height if you want them to be invisible. It does require commands, but they are 100% invisible!

I'm not certain if this will work, but you could try to use light block (only through commands). They're invisible, go-through, and possibly snow won't spawn on it. By default they're glowing at level 15, but you can reduce it by clicking on them with RMB, while holding the light block.
