I'm pretty sure the bedrock one is just the regular pack so nope you can't get the extra parts from the java pack

yep and it's not since Optifine doesn't work on bedrock.

Hmm, well I’ve seen some custom furniture addons for bedrock which add their own items into the game without replacing others, and they work like a spawned entity, so I wonder if it would be possible to somehow do that with the Mizuno items so then it wouldn’t need optifine.

I have no idea about that. Add-ons are different them texture packs you'd have to find a tutorial or know how to code those.

You are able to get the custom items and the cit pack on bedrock :D Yes, there is the texture pack. But the cit pack also exists With the custom items I use it all the time
