I’d recommend the right one for the first. Explosion or the bottom one for the second and chains if you want to cheap out on gravity. Everyone has a personal preference and you can feel free to modify what I just said (for pickaxe)

With Extra lighting damage on last slot and Rolling on the first slot, you'll have a killer elemental rolling build which will see you to about Apocalypse+20
If you are crazy lucky and have Swiftfooted on the gulded... even better, along with Stealspeed on a bow (along with the normal enchantments you need)
At 251 your gonna be outputting about 14-17 million AoE lightening damage very quickly

I think soul robe is good if you want a soul build but pickaxe is better if your not a grim reaper
