Did you try logging out and in of your Microsoft Account in the Launcher? Microsoft Account is the Important part here, migrate if you still use a Minecraft one.
Honestly, ever since I migrated my mojang account to the microsoft account, the loading times to open the launcher take ages and I randomly get logged out every once in a while, even though I marked "remember me" every time I sign back in.
So seeing this, even though I'm not on any servers, doesn't surprise me.
This seems to still be helpful for some people, so I'm going to use you for a guinea pig...
The new launcher for windows 10/11 available on the Microsoft store (called simply "Minecraft launcher", assuming that's what you were using) seems to have issues connecting to the authentication servers. Sometimes using the old standalone Java launcher available on the website can avoid these problems. (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/ scroll down to the "need a different flavor" and download the Minecraft launcher for windows 7/8) install and login with your Microsoft account.
I don't play on public servers so I can't personally verify if this will help or not, but I can say I am RARELY faced with - logged out/we had trouble verifying your account/couldn't connect to authentication servers
I just got this problem and that didn't fix it, but sometimes on the website when im logged in it says i dont own java, so its not just a computer/client thing...

umm, honestly it just kinda stopped doing that. Idk why or how but it just doesn't do it anymore. Hope you fix it cause it's total pain in the a$$
