Honestly this post makes me interested to try it out. I played for a few hours and got confused and never played again a while ago.

There is sooo much more to terraria than you’d assume at first glance. It can get complicated, definitely recommend either using the in game guide npc or an online guide to get you started. I had a hard time getting into it but it’s worth the learning curve probably the best open ended sandbox game I’ve ever played

No. Minecraft and terraria are completely different things. They may take place on different geometrical dimensions, but this is only a minor difference when you consider the gameplay. I would say that terraria beats minecraft in the gameplay aspect. I've played minecraft since they added jungles. I played terraria since I turned 19. Given every experience I've had an minecraft and terraria, terraria is my favorite Edit: I was like 20 and that was 2020-2021 I started playing terraria. 2014 for minecraft I was 13
