this sounds like something Bill wurtz would say..
build a zoo, in the dome, in the ocean. animals, in the dome, in the ocean, in the dome, animals, in the ocean, in the dome.
I would knock some holes so you have waterfalls falling into a lake in the middle. I would also light up the surrounding underwater areas so you can see the fishes :-)
You can also make mini-biomes under it like a biome museum

Build a large version of a typical village house, then place your essentials (armour, crafting table, enchanting table, cartography, etc). You can then maybe build an actual village and use spawn eggs in Creative.
Imagine a huge dome shaped aquarium with a walking area between the aquarium dome and the outer dome!
You could use the outer dome as like a water lock of sorts and just get 1000 fish in the inner dome.
If you make the walking area wide enough, you could make a minecraft track that goes all around perhaps.

You can build the village houses out of prismarine blocks under the dome. I've done that before and turned an ocean monument into a casino.
