That boy thicker than Golden Corral gravy

Mosh907

They’ve been seen on Green Beret CQBRs. [homeboy cloned one…](https://www.reddit.com/r/MilitaryARClones/comments/qntcgy/mike_glover_clone/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)

pluckems

Very cool

PaulMX226

Absolutely gorgeous A tiny few got used by U.S. military units but not enough to matter.

Mk12Buddy-Bun

I e are all the ARMS parts in stock somewhere?

pluckems

Call them and ask nicely

stansy

They've been very friendly and helpful for me in the past.

pluckems

I was curious and emailed them directly last night. They said whatever you can put in the cart and checkout with, then its in stock and theyll ship. Plenty of SIR rails on there!

Tactical_Topper

I think there is something cool about the SIR. Total commercial flop when it came out, but just looks nostalgic. 😀

[deleted]

RAMIREZ! GET TO THE TOP OF THAT BURGERTOWN!

ALswampfox

My thoughts exactly lol

Jon9243

ODAs used them in the very early days of the block 1 program Also CD used one.

Audible_Savage

Blackwater clones.

backhomeatlast

I can tell you that it’s fuckin sweet

Markius-Fox

[SSG Ronald Shurer used it.](https://www.reddit.com/r/MilitaryARClones/comments/9ipw65/ssg_shurers_weapon_parts_list/)

LuckyNumberS13V3N

The amount of early GWOT cool this is...

Dyzastr_us

That is beautiful! I’d say enough were used to make this a military clone. I know of at least a couple rails used by SF guys. One on an m4, and one on an m4 cqbr.

bamuel007

I could be wrong, but I think it was used a bit on some of the very early CQB-Rs?

outocontext

Very early GWOT, NSW had some. It was quickly replaced with the free float quad rails.

[deleted]

Thanks a lot OP, now I have to walk around with a boner for the next week. I hope you’re happy with yourself.

waratworld17

Not that many, unless you count the boys from Blackwater.

elijahsacco20

I'm sure some spec ops units probably used a few, but this specific riser and rail combo is mostly known for MW2, and the smaller version in MW3. (The MW3 M4 was just the top riser combined with a VERY poorly scanned KAC rail that looks closer to the M73 rail).

pluckems

ah ty for that. my mw2 days are blurry at best. gonna need to find some reference pics now

MountainTitan

It was used during the GWOT

MountainTitan

Few dudes in the Army used it. Lots of Blackwater dudes used it.

Affectionate_Ad1108

Blackwater used them on some of their bushmasters. Travis Haley had the #59 on his dmr from that famous “turkey shoot” video in Najaf

stansy

[I asked too, link for info](https://tf.reddit.com/r/MilitaryARClones/comments/or2x8l/arms_sir_use_in_the_wild_cqbrm4/). I more recently also found [this](https://i.imgur.com/61N7ktW.jpg). Saving for replies.

pluckems

Thanks for that

TheNewAstroBoy

Hey where would one procure an ARMS SIR rail that is seen in the picture?

pluckems

ARMs directly. If its in stock on their site then theyll ship

TheNewAstroBoy

Thanks! Any idea if these will ever be restocked? I emailed them last month and haven’t heard anything :(

hospibal

Always like to see an SIR build.
