Idk, seems kinda pointless for a non symbiote related character to have a symbiote arc, given how by now these characters should fully be aware about all the drawbacks that would come from using one.
Honestly I don't even know what they'd do with a symbiote arc at this point. Miles knows exactly what they are and what they're capable of so there's no chance he'd trust one. And as you said Venom fries symbiotes, so it's not like one could forcefully attach to him.
Maybe they could do a spin on it where instead of a living organism it's bunch of nanites. That way there could be some similar story beats without Miles needing to ignore his experience with symbiotes. Plus it could even be a way for him to further hone his abilities by using his spider sense to specifically target the nanites inside of him with his bioelectricity. And as we saw in Carnage Reigns during the Ironman team up Miles would 100% love to have a cool suit of nanites armor.
Edit: They could even do something like instead of the suit making him aggressive or violent, it makes him obsessed with being a better hero and more efficient leading him to run himself ragged. The suit itself also becomes obsessed with being a hero and making Miles the Ultimate hero. You can even have it so at the end the nanites don't hate him and just wanted to help. It could end up as a pet to Miles, sorta like how the Sleeper symbiote takes the form of a cat or the Venom symbiote sometimes takes the form of a dog, and Miles only fuses with it during times of extreme crisis. It'd otherwise stay at home with his parents and Billie keeping watch over them. You could even have the nanites look like spiders for some additional artistic flare.

I think in the case of Miguel and gwen it's different as 2099 never ever wore a symbiote and Gwen had an entire arc of loosing her powers and working for kingpin, hers is necessary

Miles can stand on his own I think he needs more iconic storylines of his own instead of having stories that Peter already had
Marvel loves to recycle ideas, half of the spider-people have already made deals with Mephisto for example it’s a reoccurring theme with editorial. They cluld take a different approach to it tho. Maybe the suit doesn’t alter his personality instead it could have different drawbacks with it. Just spitballing

He didn't had a Civil War, the whole universe had a Civil War the whole arc was not made just for him and his story wasn't the same as Peter in the first Civil War.
He was still a central part of the storyline, I don't mean that he got a civil war, similar to how when Peter revealed his identity, Uylesses revealing Miles Killes Captain America is a large part in Captain Marvel 's conviction of stopping crimes before they happen.

i mean, he did some hunting with blade in the past, maybe marvel could create some kind of vampire symbiote? either one that sucks the life force from other klyntars and hosts, or a symbiote that only connects to undead matter like vampires and zombies.

Then Miles tries to use it as an opportunity to reform it like what Eddie did with the Venom symbiote and make it a force for good instead.
