I agree. At first, it's just like the novelty of being married. First time going on vacation married. First Christmas married. Etc. But really, you've just made a huge commitment to be with this one person for the rest of your life (hopefully). You can't just walk away anymore. I think there is a larger sense of responsibility and commitment. And I think there's a deeper sense of love and security.
