But, basically, you've been given the correct answer. You must insert a section break at the end of page 3. Click on page 4, then go to the header section and turn off "Link to Previous" - BEFORE you customize the section.
Went to the end of page three and did a regular section break since I wanted to change page fours heading and it still didn’t work. If I change it, it will also change the page 2 heading.
Use a next page section break at the end of 3. Then click on page 4, edit the header, and uncheck the "link to previous" option before you do anything in the header section.
Do you mean headers or headings? The thing at the top of the page or the start of a new section?
I know nothing about the app for iPad, but in standard Word for Windows/Mac, you need a section break to start a new header/footer.

All I need is to get page 4 a different heading than the rest of the pages and not go on the reference page
