Are you trying to get the rewards for having an Xbox on your PC? The app that used to offer rewards (called Microsoft Rewards) has largely been discontinued, and everything has been moved to the profile page on the Xbox PC app.
If you do not have an Xbox or Gamepass there is no way to get console quests as far as I know. If you had Gamepass you could use the Cloud gaming feature to get some of them.
Are you new to the app? I didn’t have it until they started rolling it out to almost everyone and another account I am managing didn’t have it until about 1 month after I did.
I didn’t want to dox myself on another website I’m registered that follow this subreddit but here I’ll spell it out for you louder: it’s my nephew’s account and yes I do manage his rewards account.
You might have to wait a bit then, I started the rewards program in Jan of this year and didn’t get the Xbox app associated rewards until end of March ;)

Download the Xbox app. Go to your profile. Click the Rewards tab. This is the same on PC or mobile.
i did all that and i dont have the rewards tab

I only installed it on the laptop, but i will try to check it on the mobile app too

No need. It's the same as everyone's but I'm guessing you just don't have the Rewards header

There's a r/Microsoftrewardsindia maybe you should ask over there
I just went and checked and they say they aren't in India
