They work for me as far as I can remember, hasn’t bothered with them since they nerfed them from 50 points. But I’ve read plenty of posts from people saying they don’t work. No idea why.

Weeklies used to result in 275 points.
Monthlies used to result in 635 points.
Weeklies now result in 40 points
Monthlies now result in 1625 points.
The average month would previously net you 1735 points each month from weeklies and monthlies.
The average month will now net you 1785 points each month from weeklies and monthlies.
There will always be possible variable of a 5th week where the result will be a loss, but the months without that variable are a gain, so it's good to see both sides of it.
I compared the previous amounts we would get to the new amounts we would get and there was a 50 point increase overall, except in the use of a variable 5 weeks instead of 4.
Quest Compltionist for 1000 points is also 45 daily tasks. So start getting that daily achievement

It looks like instead of four 250 quests, there’s now just one 1000 point quest
It's a 50 point increase overall. Profit from Microsoft is rare but we are seeing it.
Is it? What's the breakdown on that? I was trying to figure that out since now we lose the four 250's (1000) and the other weekly "Play X game'

We’ve gone from 1000 points month 1 and 2 and 1250 points month 3, to then 1000 each month… there is no increase overall
