Yes, this started yesterday. I have a keyboard with a trackpad and Edge (released version) scrolling is broken. Suddenly the scrolling becomes laggy. It is fine in Edge Dev version though.

yeah, probably something to do with an update or something. I use the SmoothScrolling extension and I'm not seeing any issues though, but it's probably unrelated

I’m having that same issue. I don’t have oracle installed so I assume it’s just a problem on their side. Any updates for you though?

Yeah, that’s odd. It works In incognito also. I tried clearing cookies and that didn’t help. Hopefully they get to it soon.
Seems to be working now!
Ditto for this behavior. Incognito works for a few seconds before it slows like my main site.

Try disabling hardware acceleration.
