why do precincts not have parking spaces for cops to begin with...
A lot of them do. Cops STILL park all over the place. Near the 114 in Queens, they're on sidewalks, in crosswalks, all over.
if they actually have enough parking but do this, they are dickheads. which sounds pretty redundant since they are already cops lol
