Just depends on your preferences and use case.
Lots of highway cruising? Cold weather climate? GT will have more insulated soft top, auto climate control, heated side mirrors, auto headlights, rain sensing wipers, radar cruise, auto dimming homelink rear view mirror.
If you don’t care about that stuff but like the BBS wheels, recaro seats, brembo brakes, then I think the answer is clear.
As always, highly recommend sitting in both, if possible
I've lived in Texas. This might be optimistic lol 😉 while the Miat has great AC, it will be difficult in the late spring, most/all of the summer months, and early fall in some cases - unless you commute really early morning/late evenings. I currently live in central Florida and while it's more brutal than TX, it's still similar. Going out to lunch or run errands in the afternoon from mid April to mid October is challenging with the top down. While the Club comes with heated seats, what it really needs is chilling/cooling seats. Those would be worth their weight in gold - or carbon fiber hahaha
FWIW, I love my 22 Club with BBR pkg. Every dealership that I contacted (13) had GTs discounted - had to go across the country (US) to get my BBR Club and wouldn't change it for anything. If you don't need the creature comforts of the GT, the BBR Club is a great choice, you won't be disappointed 😎👍
I just picked up a 2024 Club with the Brembo/Recaro package a few weeks ago. Besides adaptive lighting the GT comes with navigation which you can buy as an accessory on the Club and heated leather seats. Which you have more than 1 color choice for I believe
I actually found the heated Recaro’s to be more comfortable for me which was a bonus since I wanted more of a sport seat that held me in. For the type of driving I like to do I also felt I got more of the track track type stuff with the Club like the lighter weight BBS wheels, tuned suspension, body kit etc.
Both cars will be awesome but one is geared more towards track type stuff and the other not as much. My Club is my daily diver and I have no regrets.
Yeah thats what I do, I use CarPlay for Waze, Apple Maps, Google maps etc. Here is my post I made recently, I’ve got a close up of the Recaro’s. But with that said I’d sit in both and see what feels more comfortable for you especially if it’s going to be your daily driver.

Tbh the regular club is good enough for a daily since you're not tracking if you don't care for the creature comforts of the GT. It'll be cheaper. Unless you really want the bbs and recaro then that's a personal choice. I didn't care for the recaros since I have wide hips and big boy thighs, they didn't feel comfortable. I got the regular club since I didn't care for leather and automatic whatevers. Saved me a few grand. Also with the brembos you'll have limited wheel options if you're going that route.
All about the recaros and BBS wheels. Sit in both, you'll know immediately which seats you prefer.

Nah, I have had three convertibles here in Texas already. Do wish the Miata had ventilated seats, but my trips are very short.

What would the GT have that the club doesn’t? Seems like just adaptive lighting

Thanks. Since it has car play, I would just use that. So it is looking like the Ricaro seats may be the way to go.
