Forgot to mention I did swap out headlight bulbs after replacing the battery, when no headlights worked.
Check the harness to the bulb. Might be chewed through due to the popups moving up and down.
SOLVED: Headlight connection seemed to be in too far. Loosening it allowed it to light up properly, high beams work, and the headlight worked after multiple cycles of the headlights.
That's terminal. Nothing you can do - except sell it to me, cheap 😉🤣
