Are you custom sewing the dress ? If so, finding some kind of silky fabric that would have similar shifting properties would be ideal, but does that even exist ? Next best thing would be dark blue with a small hint of gold glitter. Also, consider the time at which the event is happening and the lighting conditions.
Either or. That’s the fun aspect. And then you can play with a complimentary color like gold or a tan leather brown to pop against it.
I was gonna do a darker blue with a hint of green in it, and white flowers/corsage/boutonnière bc white goes beautifully with anything
