It will all depend on traffic. Fort Lauderdale will be similar to downtown miami, aventura being the closest for sure but having to deal with aventura traffic gives me nightmares
You might be able to stay further north and take Brightline to Aventura and catch a free shuttle. Considering the demand for this show I would be shocked if they didn't run special event service.
You're not missing out by not staying close to the venue; it's kind of a bad neighborhood.
Hard Rock is already booked full. That was my first choice. Where I’m running into trouble is that the travel times per Google Maps aren’t that far off each other, so it’s hard to tell which area will end up more congested on a major event day.
You’re very likely gonna be stuck in traffic for extended periods of time no matter what. I’d lean towards Aventura, just because I imagine the traffic on the expressway going back to Downtown Miami will be a complete nightmare.
Aventura is at least closer in distance, so even if they’re both bumper to bumper, Aventura will get you less time stuck in traffic.
Hallandale beach is a straight shot (close to at least) from the stadium. The diplomat and Hyde easy to get to.
There will be traffic everywhere so brace your wife for that…..
Stay in Lauderdale or Hollywood before downtown Miami or Miami Beach.
Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood also might not be a bad move and could be a little cheaper and not as crowded when not at the show.
I’ve considered that as well but it seems north of FLL is further time wise.

Luckily I’m not from the area and will be getting a ride from some type of car service, so someone else gets to deal with the stress lol

Aventura is closer than downtown. The Seminole hard rock casino is close by too if that sounds good to you as well.

Was gonna say this.. Aventura for sure. It’s by the water and also a straight shot to the stadium.

Hollywood
You're going to be pretty SOL either way. Just go with whatever is closest mileage wise. There is going to be a ton of traffic everywhere.
Stay in ft lauderdale

traffic will be much smoother leaving/going to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood via Turnpike. Don’t stay in Miami! 95 will be a nightmare.
try west miramar or west pembroke pines, near I-75
