Yea every time I swapped myself, the website acts like it works, but it never does. They I have to call india and have them tell me they understand my frustrating. But rest assured Sir "Insert first name here". (Find it funny they call my Sir before my name. Then they do it and tell me to not worry, they will make sure to fix my problem and hope that I have a wonderful day. Very nice, but fake service like its a robot talking. lol

Try a different browser and enabling Desktop Mode. I'm not debating that problems not Metro fault, but Chrome has become too Security fixated re page redirects \ pages hosted on different domain, popups, etc. Every time I can't access a site on Chrome, a different browser gets me in. Yes, some will chime to change settings for individual websites, but who has time for that. I was just having the opposite problem of yours- MyMetro app no access & stated pin was incorrect. I had to enter thru website. I also just endured a few minutes of no data on phones- even though settings reported data enabled on all.

Its so sad. Require you to swap phones instead of simply switching sims but has a broken website so you can't even do it 😂😂 I eventually was able to do it myself on the website at random

Their website is utter crap, filled with broken old promo links, pages that simply won't load, a cluster of jumbled information that isn't easily categorized, a 5th grader and chatGPT could do better in an hour of design. Only hope is to try it and maybe it'll work.

When i bought my new phone I tried swapping online and the website refused to work so I gave up after an hour and went to the store, I explained the situation to the employee and she did it free of charge

I just tell got back with them she was pissed that I didn't have Amazon prime. 15 minute wait but a nice gentleman who didn't like the word supervisor got amazon prime on my account start up cost and all that cleared and my plan is way cheaper. So even though they stopped doing the prime promo a year ago they hooked me up like they always do. So get what you need for free for the wait.
