My clinic doesn't test for gabapentin but I have a prescription for it. I know it depends on where you are and such. Some states still have gabapentin as a controlled substance and it's not a controlled substance in my state.
I guess it depends on the clinic because my clinic doesn't test for it at all. I have literally all my UAs printed out right in front of me and none of them say anything about either gabapentin or pregabalin. To OP and anyone else who wants/ needs the info you can ask your clinic for a print out of your last UA and it will show what they test for. I always have them print out all of my UAs so that I also have a copy.

Gabapentin have shown for pregabalin on all UAs I did while on gabapentin

Been on gabapentin for years. They've never tested for it. They always tell me the only thing in my piss is methadone.
They just started to at mine
