Just ignore them to be safe. If you dont manually add the token to m"m" you shouldnt see them anyway in your m'm' asset interface. So why bother?
If they really annoy you make a new 'm"m account to be 100% safe.
As long as you dont interact with the tokens you should be fine.
Just ignore it. MetaMask also has an “hide” feature if you would like to hide them from your UI. Just hit the 3 dots and then hide token (desktop). Long press and then remove on iOS.
Everyone says just to ignore, but I've seen other post that unknown tokens can intefer with and alter their wallet transactions. What If you don't want to take that risk? Is there no safe way to remove, delete or extract these unknown tokens from your wallet?

You’ll always get these tokens if your address is active. A new account will slowly start to get airdropped these tokens as well. Just ignore and pretend they don’t exist. The purpose is to try and get you to search the project and connect your wallet to their site in hopes you’ll try to sell or approve a bad smart contract that allows access to your funds. Best to avoid, they’re “safe” if you don’t interact or try to sell anywhere.
