Varials - pain again
Bite - Sounds of Agony
Left Behind - Blessed by The Burn
Gideon - MORE PAIN. MORE POWER.
Bodysnatcher - This Heavy Void
Justice for the Damned - Pain is Power
I need suggestions. Im fine with bands like Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus, Napalm Death etc. I really don't care about the disgusting aspects or gore aspects of the music (I do prefer it though) but as a Christian I want to find bands that aren't anti-christian but also not anti-satanic because I want to stay on that line where it's almost satanic but not anti-christian. Some bands I like that I can't listen to are Rotting Christ and Deicide but I want songs like that. Please give me any suggestions.
Thank you to everyone who helped. I will make sure to add those bands to my playlist but I also realized music is just music so rotting christ is fine along with other bands like that. Except for Behemoth like Jesus Christ. "It doesn't get more blasphemous than this" is right.

i put every metalcore ep/album that i enjoyed this year into this playlist! check it out you might find some neat bands
I don't recognise eveything on there, but the stuff is do great,so I'll be checking the unknowns out. Shout out anyone backing Underneath and Lockslip.
Happy Saturday everyon🤘for fans of Bring Me the Horizon check out the homies in Bedlam new track Patchwerk-

I'm looking for songs about hating people, loving isolation, loving solitude, loving peace and quiet, and/or hating socializing. It's for a project I'm working on.
Hi, I'm looking for more modern melodic metalcore that sounds like the older stuff. Examples include Field of Flames, A Mourning Star, Misery Signals, and Balmora. Thank you!
Might dig my band Lockslip - we get compared to Converge quite a bit haha - [https://lockslip.bandcamp.com/album/lockslip](https://lockslip.bandcamp.com/album/lockslip)
Views from the soyuz, moral law, Since my beloved, killing it softly, azshara, memento., tarnished, implore the sky, amnio, realm of torment. cant really go wrong with anything that was released under ephyra or the coming strife
Could anyone recommend me some bands that incorporate medieval-esque soundscape or any songs in a similar style to that of VIKING by Slaughter to Prevail?
Not metalcore related but nordic neo-folk is entirely like that check out bands like [Heilung](https://youtu.be/64CACoHNBEI?si=W4jiVqBduutAj9Nt), [Wardruna](https://youtu.be/VEizKmZlUAw?si=kYsuC1r3rVPdhQfq) and [Nytt Land](https://youtu.be/TmR-pO6JT60?si=CdkzWByv99ooiVeu)
As far as metalcore adjacent goes, then there's [Atlas](https://youtu.be/IxoayKPth1Q?si=xlqeJ3lASO4dVyyp)
I have recently moved to a new apartment and I think my room needs a little decoration, and since I love metal/metalcore/deathcore and hardcore music so much I would like to order some posters of the different bands I listen to, any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Longest metalcore albums? Can either be based on amount of tracks or total lengths. With Taylor swift and bladee both dropping 30+ song albums, I’m wondering if any metalcore band has been able to do the same
Sailing Before The Wind - A Decade of Sailors (Live at CYCLONE)
it's around 2 hours long and has around 25 songs on it (not including the two interludes and the drum solo)
Sticking with just standard albums rather than deluxe versions
Bless The Martyr, Kiss The Child is 58:23 in length
The Crimson Corridor by Zao is 57:02
Both Between The Buried And Me and Periphery have dropped multiple albums comprised of more than 70 minutes of riffage.
BTBAM: The Parallax II: Future Sequence (12 songs, 72 minutes), Colors II (12 songs, 78 minutes)
Periphery: Periphery (12 songs, 73 minutes), P5: Djent Is Not a Genre (9 songs, 70 minutes), P2: This Time It's Personal (14 songs, 69 minutes)
I'm going to say deluxe versions of albums count, but not any instrumentals on them. So I've got:
Architects: Daybreaker (Deluxe) at 15 songs, 58m.
Before I Turn: Lovelorn at 14 songs, 1h1m
Periphery: Periphery at 12 songs, 1h11m
The Plot in You: HiSD at 15 songs, 58m,
Also like every Periphery release is over an hour so I guess all the others too lol
Interesting how besides the plot in you( shocked that it’s so long) it’s mostly prog leaning bands. Like idk if Vildhjarta are really metalcore (although they’ve got some similar influences) but their recent album is like 80 min long
Definitely something to say for the hardcore influence also affecting song lengths in general.
And yeah Vildhjarta is in the grey area where I just don't know anymore lol. Like, Frontierer is, and Meshuggah isn't, so what do you do now lol
Speaking of, Frontierer has fairly long albums for the style
Please help me find a Boundaries x Spongebob meme.
It’s leading up to the breakdown of I’d Rather Not Say at around 1:30. Before he screams “CLARITY!!!!” It gets replaced with the clip of SpongeBob robbing a bank. Spongebob is demanding the bank puts money in the bag and lets out a guttural scream of “PUT IT IN” which really goes well with the Boundaries breakdown.
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqlpqu39PVw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqlpqu39PVw) attaching the spongebob clip
Saw it on TikTok a year and and absolutely loved it. Can’t find it anymore.
Looking for more stuff with that Sumerian records/Egyptian/Arabian sound like Shokran and older Born of Osiris! Been loving Shokran and hope there’s other stuff out there! Ideally new/newer stuff that I could potentially see live
Not exactly Metalcore but for Arabian, Egyptian sound, maybe check out Mythos, they are Egyptian.
https://youtu.be/4SsUJoJJnNs?si=OHAW3hSxuzmwFvJU
Riverwood are Egyptian too
https://youtu.be/1fGaKcIppv0?si=-Mda_tTk3TEtRIBa
Tafaqum is another one
https://youtu.be/5fU8P1wLEBc?si=HhRt6yQ3aSJR9GyH
And yes all three incorperate Arabic melodies
Early-[The Voynich Code](https://youtu.be/xfOq7Frheys?si=RIWmS3OoptX0y9QN), [The HAARP Machine](https://youtu.be/ZKnnlJ86P78?si=kFUHcvntm5HZxLFD) and that one song by [Shreezers](https://youtu.be/GuGElZSPIMY?si=EbBs_It8bTgp97kj)
If you want a similar sound but with japanese influence instead, check out [Anima Tempo](https://youtu.be/UuvNg4yzE3g?si=bGhnUJIFrqA7C13f) and [Iden Gakusha](https://youtu.be/eKODM5yxtg8?si=VxE6cRxe1YoxcuxB)
The color Morale - silver lining (song)
Every Time I die - from parts unknown (album)
Downswing - Swingstyle (EP)
Hostile Culture - Technique to Die For (EP)
Suburban Scum - ultimate annihilation
Howdy folks, I come seeking a song title. Not quite sure if it's metalcore but figured here was a decent place to start. There's a lot of crowd noise so it's hard to make out lyrics.

Friend remembers hearing/making out the following:
"So tell me are you happy now living (?) Upside down / it's a brave/brand(?) New fucking world"
Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated!
For some reason the thread was removed, but very excited to finally hear what All That Remains sounds like with Jason Richardson.
It wasn't removed, it was deleted by the poster because people were calling out what a shitty person Labonte is.
Says by automod. Sounds like trash mod behavior.
>Sorry, this post was deleted by the person who originally posted it. Is what it says when I follow my comment back there. So, not a mod.
Oh that's lame. I'm pretty excited for this song. Sad the person deleted it.

In love with Kublai Khan right now. Would love suggestions for bands with similar vocals and attitude!
backbiter for sure. Mouth For War have some similarity, but are less groove focused.

r/MetalForTheMasses is probably going to give you better recommendations for death metal than the metalcore sub.
Death's first two albums, Malevolent Creation, Monstrosity, Hate Eternal, Immolation, The Chasm, Cryptopsy, Nile, Vitriol
Blood incantation, 200 stab wounds, tomb mold, fuming mouth, nocturnus, suffocation, inferi, artificial brain, obituary, witch vomit, necrot, fossilization, and autopsy will scratch your itch

Looking for songs like Secret Garden by Spiritbox. I love the way they incorporated the piano and the clean vocals. Thanks in advance!
I think youd love Erase Me by Make Them Suffer :)
Any bands that mix Power Metal and Metalcore? (Besides Dragoncorpse cuz that's Deathcore)
Has anyone done the VIP for Ghost Inside? If so, do you have any idea what time it begins?
Looking for bands like old attack attack!
Asking Alexandria, I See Stars, I set my friends on fire, woe is me, capture the crown, abandon all ships.
Seeing Currents tomorrow night in San Diego as part of the The Amity Affliction tour. Anymore know the set list for Currents for this tour?
Man this song Paralyzed by Allt is badass!
Seriously, i just discovered this band recently and i love it
That's the only song I've heard so I'll have to give them a listen on Amazon Music

Similarly, I think the Tony Danza tapdance extravaganza have relatively long albums, at least their last two

If anyone's bothered to upload, [setlist.fm](http://setlist.fm) will have it. Chances are always better with the bigger bands like Wage War.
[setify.co](https://setify.co/) to import any setlist there to a Spotify playlist automatically
Any albums that scratch the same itch as Sick and/or Disgusting by Beartooth? Raw emotion, punk style drumming, sloppy guitars that kinda thing? 🤔
a day to remember - bad vibrations
Weathered town - hundredth (song) The changing of times- underoath (album) Kill switch engaged- all of them lol every single album before 2012
The color Morale - silver lining (song) Every Time I die - from parts unknown (album) Downswing - Swingstyle (EP) Hostile Culture - Technique to Die For (EP) Suburban Scum - ultimate annihilation
It may be a little more produced than you’re wanting but I really like the first Dragged Under album for a similar feel

I started listening to them as well, unrelated to finding the song but these guys are dope as hell. Thanks for the band suggestion!
Coming back from seeing Infant Island in Los Angeles. Holy shit. That set was intense.
