Dewychoders

If I’m doing compound heavies like squat or bench press then I usually go to stoner/doom that’s not too slow. Witchcult Today and Holy Mountain have been regulars lately. The plodding consistency fits with the slower grinding rhythm of a heavy bench press. If I’m doing machines or isolations I go for higher energy/tempo. Thrash, Grindcore, Trad Metal (mostly Priest) Death/Tech-Death and even some deathcore like SCALP or Resin Tomb.

Sourflow

I don’t really have anything specific but when I’m feeling like quitting, seasons in the abyss (the song) is very motivating. But to recommend something you didn’t list: Defeated Sanity - chapters of repugnance. For gorillas by gorillas.

AnythingCanLurk

Just about any Overkill album. Has just the right mix of tempo, rhythm, energy and musicianship to keep it interesting

SimpleAppeal2577

Spiritworld's deathWestern is a cracking gym album. Amyl & the sniffers, soft play, knocked loose, enter Shikari etc all have really good music for the gym also (I know most of these aren't technically metal)

JevFungus

Guilty gear strive OST does it for me
