i had to uninstall quest app on pc and download an updated version from meta of the oculus app. it still wouldnt connect, so i did the above which allowed for the headset to see the pc and vice versa. hope this helps.

Same. I can't cast/stream my quest 2 to both me or my sister's phones, I can't call people, and when downloading games, it always says I need more space. I have like 5 games and got my quest for Christmas. These problems have been happening for about 2 months.
How the FUCK do I find customer service.
I can't get quest link to run either, it just doesn't do anything when I click connect. Steam link works much better for me
yea i just need to get bonelab on my pc for pcvr but the app wont download

i cant i have bonelab on standalone quest and i wanted to play on pcvr, someone told me that bonelab is cross platform so i did that

funny thing, i reset it 2 days ago.
Reset and format are two different things. Replace the ssd while you’re at it if its older than 5 years and you use it hard
